The Challenge
As part of a sohisticated equipment for baloons, it was necessary to also carry out in-line quality inspection with microscope and take product images. Import dependency on costly, platforms with the need to also have microscope studies on samples was tackled by creating a quick hybrid mobile adapter to mount any phone to view a professional grade optical microscope platform. This was tested and found relipable and then the final implementation was done with a highly engineered mount for product in-line imagery.We also designed and fabricated the automated Balloon Coating machine.
